7 Days Enrolled Introduction
Welcome to the 7-day self-love meditation course. During these 7 days, we will do a variety of impactful meditations, ranging anywhere between 10mins-30mins per day. We recommend you set aside a bit of time each day, either in the morning or evening, and find a quiet place free from any distractions.
First, we will prepare our mental and emotional bodies to receive healing. We will then focus on releasing any necessary emotions, and start learning to feel the emotions inside us. We will also learn to draw boundaries in our lives, and cut out any unnecessary ties that are not healthy in our life. Finally, we will learn to receive our love, which can be given to yourself at anytime, anyplace, and anywhere. You are the author of your life and you create your reality.
